Workout and Fitness Data: Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight), workout history and statistics, muscle recovery data, unit preferences (kg/lbs), custom plans/presets.
Social Content: Posts, captions, media (photos/videos), comments/replies, likes, follows, photo tags.
Usage Data: Device info (type/OS), app usage patterns, error/crash logs.
2. How We Use Your Information

Provide Services: Operate your account, track workouts, enable social features.
AI Features: Generate personalized workout plans based on preferences/history.
Content Moderation: Review uploaded images to maintain community standards.

3. Third-Party Services

With service providers: As listed above, to operate the app.
